• Respond for Order meals for guests, services, cashiers, billing, complaints handling.

• Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation following guest comments.

• Organizes outlet teams monthly meeting.

• Reports any problems to the Outlet Manager.

• Manager in absence of the Outlet Manager.
