Job Description: Job Title- Tech Analyst / L3_Integration Location- Pune Role Description The IT Application Owner (ITAO) has sound IT risk management skills. They follow one of a number of possible service delivery approaches, acknowledge interference with the IT application’s life cycle and assist with incorporating the adopted approach into best practice. The ITAO is aware of the gap in the current infrastructure solutions and where industry innovations are along the maturity lifecycle. They work with application stakeholders to improve the infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the technical roadmap. The ITAO has a sound knowledge of development methodologies and the IT policies necessary to perform effectively in the organisation, aligned to the bank’s appetite for risk. They act to improve safety and security of the application, compliance with regulations, policies and standards, enhance operational readiness, and ease maintenance of the environment for delivering change into... production. The ITAO supports the bank’s audit function in the remediation of audit points and self-identified issues in order to reduce risk. They are responsible for producing and maintaining accurate documentation on compliance with methodologies, IT policies and IT security requirements. The ITAO interacts with and influences colleagues on the governance of IT platform reliability and resilience. Define & Develop technical solutions in line with functional and non-functional requirements, following consistent integration patterns and best practices. Ensure that the design & development is in sync with PB Target Architecture blueprints and principles, as well as overarching DB architecture and security standards. Create appropriate technical documentation and ensure this is kept up to date. Collaborate with other squad members to design, build, test and deliver high quality software solutions in line with business requirements. Closely collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts and make sure that any design options are discussed in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for deliberate decision making. Contribute to peer level reviews, e.g. within the respective chapter. Your skills and experience Very good in communicating and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and efficient way and excellent English skills Able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities of delivery Experience or knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies Willing to collaborate across domains and regions, for efficiency in technology sharing and reuse Strong expertise on software development, Design & Integration Patterns, Knowledge of networking concepts - connectivity testing, firewall, proxy, socks etc. Solid experience in Java, Java related technologies (for Front-end and middle layer), Oracle (for backend) development and Linux / Unix environment.
