IKOS continues to show strong growth worldwide with 25 offices in 13 different countries (France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, England, United States, Canada, Morocco, Portugal, Israel). Since our establishment in 2005, we accompany our clients in all areas of railway.

To continue to support our team in Belgium, we are looking for a dynamic Junior Recruitment & HR Officer.

Responsibilities:

Personnel administration and payroll (50%)
• Manage the integration process of new employees
• Personnel administration (holidays, sick leaves, transfers, mobility etc.),
• Participate in payroll: collection, entry and... control of variable payroll elements Employee career management
• Participate in the development of the annual training plan
• Update HR dashboards – Reporting
• Organise events throughout the year
• Continuous improvement of the various HR processes.

Recruitment (50%)
• Identify IKOS’ future top engineers in order to reach our ambitious goals
• Work with the business managers to understand and meet the expectations of our partners
• Manage the entire recruitment process (sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, candidate follow-up)
• Participate in recruitment development projects

Profile:
• You have a Master in an HR-related degree, you wish to evolve and increase your skills
• You have minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR, ideally technical profiles, in a consulting, recruitment or industrial company
• You are a Native Dutch speaker and you speak and write English at a business fluent level; French is an asset.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are organized, rigorous, creative, autonomous and have a real sense of service
• You are proactive, take initiatives and use your skills to participate in the growth of the company You wish to evolve in an international, young and dynamic environment.
