A new opportunity for a Maintenance Officer has become available with a well-established group of companies. Reporting to the Director, you will manage a small team and your responsibilities will include the following:
• Adhering to efficient preventative maintenance procedures and attending to maintenance requirements promptly
• Performing routine inspections as well as general building repairs and replacements of any fixtures, fittings and equipment
• Assisting with preventive maintenance programs as required
• Providing advice and recommendations on improvement, maintenance and upkeep of properties inspected
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests
• Attending to requests from other departments regarding minor maintenance issues throughout the daily work schedule
• Investigating faults and breakdowns of building services, equipment, installations and appliances
• Assisting in the renovation/remodeling
• Planning daily schedules for the maintenance team

Working Hours

Monday... to Saturday 40 hours

Skill-sets and Requirements
• Able to work independently with a hard-working attitude
• Have excellent supervisory and communication skills (both written and verbal in English, Maltese preferred)
• Possess leadership, assertiveness, ability to handle pressure
• In possession of a clean driving license
Education & Experience
• Technical experience is a must
• A relevant technical qualification will be given preference
