We are looking for a Travel Agent, The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations

Enter data into our software and maintain client files

Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services

Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations

Working Hours 2 Shifts (9-1) and (5-9)

Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

المهارات

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Travel field.

Well experience in airline ticketing and reservation by using GDS Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre - Should be able to issue/cancel/modify tickets.

Shall be an added advantage if he/she is able to... arrange for tour packages .

who is passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers.

Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

Fluent Communication skills in English and Arabic.

In-depth Geographical knowledge.

Candidate should be available locally.

Strong sales skills and commercial awareness

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

Maintain statistical and financial records in order to meet profit and sales targets.
