Our client is an asset management company which offers a full range of fund products based in the Hong Kong market with global outreach. They are now looking for a Fund Operation candidate to join the team.

Responsibilities
• Daily portfolio investment operations, covering trade capture, matching, settlements, corporate actions and liaison with counterparties and custodians
• Fund NAV calculation, covering reconciliation, asset pricing, expenses booking and payments
• Preparation for the internal reports in a timely manner, semi-annual financial reports and regulatory reports
• Handle registration process such as securities account opening/closing, prepare relevant documents
• Assist to handle and resolve audit, tax and other related matters
• Undertake other projects such as to participate in the discussion and evaluation of new product launching and new business operation
• Assist with client KYC/AML review upon account opening, and assist on subscription and... redemption

Requirements
• Around 2 years of asset management operations experience, covering investment operations and fund valuation
• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, taxation, economics, finance or related
• Attention to details and adherence to policies and procedures
• Team player, hunger to learn, energetic to take challenges, and can work under pressure
• Experience in SFC-authorized funds is an advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
