Our client is a renowned Investment Group specializing in Alternative Investment within the APAC region. To cope with their expansion plan for 2023, they are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager or Senior Officer, Real Estate to join their HK office.

Responsibilities:
• Support in planning and executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns for all Real Estate projects
• Coordinate sales, marketing and promotional activities including review of sales documents, marketing collaterals, advertisements and sales brochures
• Handling sales related tours and events for VIP clients, maintaining a good relationship with them
• Work closely with agents to drive sales and explore new sales opportunities
• Conduct market research and analysis for residential projects, prepare sales budgets, etc

Requirements:
• Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Property Management related industry is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation... skills, self-motivated and pro-active coordination with team members
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, presentation preparation and related software applications
