The Role:

We are looking for a Big-Box Retail Manager to drive a fast-paced and multi-million $ store.

As a Big-Box Manager at Skechers, you will take your leadership to the next level by being in a role that allows you to lead a large team with the support of a tiered management structure including... 1x ASM, 1 Full Time Sales Associate and a Stock Coordinator.

Outlet Store Managers for the Skechers business are our next Future Leaders as this role will provide you with a senior skillset that will see you progress into your next role.

A Typical Week:
• Creating connection with likeminded team and building genuine relationships with your customers
• Be mentored and upskilled by down-to-earth and fun Area Managers who are passionate about your development and growth within the business.
• Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory control, wage control and shrinkage.
• Celebrate the day to days wins and identify missed opportunities to elevate your business
• Drive a high performing culture by coaching and mentoring your team by focusing on their development through succession planning

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Demonstrated Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed and perform at their best
• A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
• The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s
• Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
• Experience with effectively managing a rosters & wage control
