The Role

As the retail manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the overall business within this busy supermarket. You will be responsible for the team management, development and P&L whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.

Skills & Experience

- Previous Supermarket Management experience
- Fresh Produce experience essential
- Understanding of all financials, working to KPI's
... The ability to train and develop staff
- Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
