Inviting applications for the role of Service Specialist-Materials Management - Business Analyst - German - On site Dusseldorf!
The Service... Specialist-Materials Management supports the daily spare parts operations from a strategic and operational point of view. This includes both EMEA and APAC markets as well as partial support for the China-Team. In addition, the development and tracking of certain metrics is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities
• Managing data reports of daily spare parts shipments to EMEA and APAC region
• Engage with the order fulfillment and warehouse team to ensure on-time shipments
• Monitoring of order lines and development of corrective actions
• Focal for Sourcing and Field Service teams on delivery schedules
• Project support for global spare parts improvement projects

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Ideally Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations or equivalent
• Experience in material management
• Advanced English skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in working with ERP/MRP tools
• German Language Proficiency - B2/C1

Preferred qualifications
• Six Sigma/Lean experience
• Proven Project Management skills
