RESPONSIBILITIES...
• Oversee the Performance Management process and guide colleagues and managers to ensure full completion and compliance
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
• Identify organizational development needs to engage and motivate employees and enhance performance
• Provide day-to-day counsel and coaching on organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Develop and design employee engagement strategy to enhance morale, improve retention, and increase productivity
• Coach and counsel managers on compliance, engagement, development, and employee retention
• Assist with internal diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach, counseling, and clear documentation
• Manage and participate in the employee termination process by coordinating with various departments and conducting exit interviews
• Perform HR-related analyses and provide reporting, including distribution of management committee reports,
• Manage proper maintenance and updating of records, personnel files, employee information boards, the company directory, and legislation notices to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• File EEO-1 annual report, maintain records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• PHR/SHRM-CP is highly preferred
• 5+ years of HR experience required, with at least 2 in a leadership role
• Experience with employment-related investigations, reporting, and counseling
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment laws required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
