The Studio Manager is a critical role and holds total oversight of everything in the studio, including sales, operations and fitness coaching. The Studio Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, streamlining studio operations and supporting recruitment and optimal staffing. The Studio Manager will lead daily execution of BODY20 operating processes and tools with support from BODY20corporate and the local franchisee owner. Key responsibilities include:
• Sales & Marketing

Position Details:
• Full time role - spend 40+ hours in the studio weekly including one full weekend day
• Competitive compensation will consist of base salary plus variable compensation (bonuses / profit sharing) depending on performance to targets. The high number in the total compensation range does not represent a maximum. We have a win-win compensation philosophy to share in the upside, so as performance exceeds targets, compensation will likewise increase.
• The role is envisioned to start in a month or two, depending on the studio construction timeline. You will lead pre-sales, hiring sales staff and signing up new potential members, along with other new studio setup activities. You will also travel to corporate headquarters for training for a few days.
