Context: The Quality Officer reports to the OpCo QA Manager.

Contacts:
• In the execution of his/her daily tasks, the Lab Analyst interacts with various stakeholders:
• Internal: Sales Operation, Marketing, Warehouse, Opco Technology (Pack Materials), Procurement
• External: external laboratories (sample test), suppliers of POSM

Job duties:
• To ensure that sampling and analysis of POSM (many items) are performed accurately and OTIF.
• To coach, train newcomers and shopfloor (Warehouse – Binh Dien) on quality analysis of POSM
• To manage POSM suppliers on quality by audit, support them to comply with Heineken requirements
• To develop new POSM suppliers
• To set up standard for new POSM item (ex: T-shirt of Sales Team, glass cup)
• To follow and consolidate quality reports at OpCos.

Job requirements:
• University graduated with major in Food processing/Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Food Chemical Industries, Material Science
• Preferably laboratory experience... (chemical/food checmical industry) around 2 years.
• Basic knowledge of ISO (9001, 14001, 22000), FSSC 22000
• Skills: Stakeholder Management, communication, teamwork
• Office computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Logical, analytical thinking
• Proactive, accurate, discipline, creative, well organized, honest
• Advance read and written English competences
