Job Title: Proposal Writer, reporting to Senior Bid Director.

Our in-house engineering team work collaboratively with our clients to select the best process and design a custom package to reliably meet their environmental, financial and quality standards requirements. We also offer clients advanced in-house consultation, project management, engineering & design, 3D modeling and piloting services.

AWC Water Solutions has over 40 years of history and we have designed, manufactured and delivered over 500 water and wastewater treatment plants across North America and internationally. AWC Water Solutions is a division of AWC Solutions.

AWC Water Solutions has enjoyed double-digit... revenue growth over the past several years. We have recently increased our production capabilities and are constantly adding new technologies to our portfolio of water and wastewater treatment solutions. We are targeting further accelerated growth across North America over the next several years.

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to become a key member of the AWC Water Solutions bid management team.

Responsibilities
• Researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
• Attend kickoff meetings to determine project scope.
• Help create project schedules and deadlines.
• Creating strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action.
• Compiling proposal inputs from a cross-disciplinary team of engineering professionals.
• Edit and format documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and presentability.
• Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Editing and revising proposals according to feedback.
• Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies

Requirements
• Very high level of organization skills and strong attention to detail.
• Minimum of one year experience in proposal writing.
• Post secondary education in a technical field preferred. Experience in engineering or manufacturing fields would be an advantage.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to delivery on tight deadlines.
