Financial Consultant to join the team, based in Naas, Co Kildare.

The Role
The Financial Consultant will report to our... Senior Financial Consultant.

The successful candidate will work with our multiple clients to support and advise them in the management of all aspects of Finance within their business.

The Financial Consultant will also manage the Financial Reporting of the AuxiliaGroup business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The following are the typical areas where we provide our clients with financial consultancy services:

Interpretation of Financial Information and support decision making.
Financial and Business Planning
Budget Preparation
Profit and Cashflow Forecasting
Fundraising (Debt and Equity)
Cashflow and Cost Management
Credit Management and Cash Collection
Support in developing Management Accounts, KPI reports and Board Reports
Grant Submissions
Financial Controls and Processes

Finance Team candidate selection and interview
Financial Mentoring and Business Advisory
Financial Accounting System selection and Implementation
Liaise with Client Auditors, Banks, Shareholder’s and other Stakeholders

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, while prioritizing objectives and client deadlines in a constantly changing environment. The role may assume other duties, as assigned by the company from time to time.

Experience, Qualifications & Key Competencies
Experience and Qualifications required

Qualified Accountant
3 years Post Qualification experience minimum
Already working as a Financial consultant or seeking to develop a Consultancy career
Visiting Client premises will be required depending on the nature of the project

Personable and able to connect and get on with our clients and their teams
Multi-Tasker with ability to easily switch across clients, sectors and projects as needed
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Team player and able to work with our clients and other associates to deliver on projects

Remuneration
Salary - commensurate with experience.
