We are currently looking to recruit a professional, confident HR Officer to work within a busy engineering company in central Birmingham This position would solely oversee the whole HR function of the site, including:-All day to day HR duties,
• Time management for shop floor staff
• Being point of contact for all payroll issues
• Holiday and sickness management
• Assisting with all staff with any issues or grievances
• Liaising with management
• Producing reports for Head Office This role requires the right candidate to be
• Experienced to HR Advisor Level
• Have strong employee engagement
• CIPD qualified preferred
• Ideally have experience working in engineering
• Must be highly organised and professional In return the company are offering:
• Working hours of Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm // Friday 8am to 1pm
• Salary £32,000 to £36,000pa
• This is an office based
• Free parking site
