flexible working on offer if required*** We're recruiting for a HR Manager to take up a role within a charity that provides care services in the community for vulnerable people.
It would suit either experienced HR Managers seeking a new challenge in a rewarding and fulfilling environment or a HR Officer seeking their first HR Manager role. They are paying circa £38k plus an attractive benefits package. The Role As the HR Manager you will:-Take day to day responsibility for the HR function including recruitment, discipline & grievance, sickness, absence & leave, resignations and contracts
• Take a lead on complex investigations, including any safeguarding's
• Guide and coach Manager's to feel empowered
• Being a point of expertise for the organisation on employee relations matters. The Candidate To be considered for the HR Manager role you will need:
• To have worked at a similar level before (HR Manager or Business Partner)
• A minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification
• To have... ideally worked within either the social care or charity sector
• Excellent communication skills
