The head office is getting busier and the opportunity for guiding and developing the talent pool of 50+ staff is significant, so the time has come to formalise a HR Manager for all ‘Saepions’.

This is not a straight HR role, this is a truly varied and generalist role where no two days will be the same! From staff wellbeing to HRIS adoption, from employee satisfaction to new start onboarding, from compliance to learning & development, from hiring to culture PR.

What will you be doing?

No two days will be the same!

· Coordinate the implementation and manage ongoing a new HRIS.
• Review and improve employee appraisal process.
• Conduct annual employee sat survey and action appropriate feedback.

· Review and improve absence and return to work process.
• Coordinate new start on-boarding, training schedule and review efficacy.
• Manage process for professional certifications and personal development courses.
• Review and continually improve the Saepio employee wellness scheme.

· Aid probation, disciplinary and dispute discussions.
• Review job descriptions, the hiring process and work contracts.
• Manage our talent acquisition executive.
• Aid PR of the Saepio work culture.

· Provide regular feedback to the Executive team.

What are we looking for?

We are searching for organised, personable, inclusive individuals with:

· 5 years+ people management / HR experience.
• CIPD (or similar) qualifications.
• Experience working with HRIS tools, ideally BambooHR
• Experience of building strong and proactive working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders and embracing a family culture.
• The ability to demonstrate sound professional judgement and a common-sense solution focussed approach to problems.
• High quality and engaging written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a customer focused service provider, ideally in the IT sphere
• Great presentation skills
• Strong IT skills
