Fulfils the role of ‘Professional Advisor’ in accordance with the People Department Operating Model undertaking the full range of people management activities, which include attendance management, change management and Police Staff Discipline. Responsible for providing professional, specialist and technical advice to Managers and supervisors in relation policy, legislation, Regulations, Terms and Conditions of Service etc. Supports pay and grading processes, HR systems and processes development, drafts and maintains business continuity plans etc.
