HR Administrator, St Helens, temporary for 4 weeks initially, £20,000 - £22,000 FTE I am urgently seeking an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE HR Administrator for an initial period of 4 weeks but may go on longer. This is to support with a period of absence. Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the HR Advisor as HR Administrator you will be tasked with:-General administration tasks
• Letter production
• Interview / arranging meetings
• Taking notes at low level meetings / Employee Forum meetings
• Scanning of paper personal files
• Production / collation of a terms and conditions spreadsheet
• Printing / issuing new contracts / collating, scanning and logging unsigned copies
• Document retention review of all HR files You will be a meticulous, organised, and competent Administrator who is able to hit the ground running. You will be discrete and have sensitivity around information you are privy to. Ideally some HR experience would be great but a solid background in administration is... essential. You will be welcomed into a friendly working environment in a busy role.
