A fantastic career opportunity for an HR professional to join a manufacturing company in a newly created role where you will be supporting the business in all aspects of generalist HR, recruitment and payroll activity.

Our client is happy to support and fund CIPD qualifications for the right candidate, with a view to progress on to managing the human resources department in the next few years.

This role would suit someone who has had exposure to all areas of HR for a minimum of 1 year and is confident to manage the HR office alone at times.

Role duties:

· Processing of payroll

· Managing recruitment to include placing adverts on LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, reviewing CV’s, arranging interviews, collating documentation for interview panels.

·... Updating of staff records on the HR system to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.

· Filing of confidential HR documentation and maintenance of Personal Files.

· Provision of general administration support to the HR Manager where required.

· Ensure the Company benefits are maintained.

Candidate Requirements:

· Experience working in a busy HR Office

· Ability to manage changing priorities

· Confident in making decisions

· Experienced in processing the payroll

· Experienced in using HR systems

· Experienced in all aspects of the recruitment cycle

· Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines

· Good communication skills including listening to and interpreting instructions, passing on information quickly and effectively
