We’re looking for a Marketing Manager based in Helsinki who is enthusiastic about helping us grow our presence in Finland with their marketing skills!

You are both the strategic thinker and also the person who proactively... takes action towards set objectives and deliveries. You plan, own and execute all marketing-related initiatives in your market, from creating and being responsible for the regional marketing plan, setting and executing on deliverables as well as evaluating success. You have a good understanding of the digital world, or you're eager to learn as much as possible. Keeping up to speed with different tasks, setting priorities for most impact and grasping new concepts, skills and technology comes naturally to you. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where days can vary but new and exciting challenges present themselves all the time. You’ve got a can-do attitude and are eager to tackle whatever lies in front of you but are not afraid to ask for help when you need it.

What you’ll be doing
• Create,execute, lead and own the Finnish marketing plan as well as continuously evaluate results for improvements
• Build and own a local growth strategy and drive all go-to-market efforts, to deliver strong growth targets (e.g. paid, non-paid, partner & customer marketing, events)
• Create all marketing-related content and communication need for the local market (e.g. writing and/or translating the copy for campaigns, blogs, emails, social posts, etc.)
• Plan and carry out activities for our prospects, customers, and partners
• Work closely with the global marketing team, drive and assist in planning and executing various marketing projects

Skills and requirements
• Senior experience in creating, driving and owning a Marketing plan and budget
• Fluent in Finnish and professional proficiency in English
• Organised and detail oriented
• Passionate about marketing and to learn everything around it
• Not afraid to make mistakes and open to feedback
• A team player with a positive attitude and passionate about a career in marketing
