Job Description
• Delivering a consistent approach to all internal communications.
• Design and deliver the workforce engagement strategy.
• Ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness.
• Determines communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organisation inclusive of delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.
• Support the HR function to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organisation.

The Successful Applicant
• Minimum 2+ years of experience operating in a Culture and Engagement role.
• Bachelor's in human resource management or equivalent.
• Excellent facilitation skills and organisational savvy.
