Our European client has been a pioneer in safety technology for over a century, and its products are used around the globe. The company has its own sales and service branches in more than 50 countries worldwide. For its Saudi Arabian entity, our client is looking for an Interim HR Manager (m/f/d) with working experience and current working visa in Saudi Arabia who could join with immediate effect. The Interim HR Manager (m/f/d) plays a critical role in providing expert guidance to ensure effective implementation of human resources initiatives aligned with the strategic... business objectives for a period of three to six months. The Interim HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor, responsible for managing the operational and strategic aspects of human resources activities in Saudi Arabia. The position holder will work closely with key stakeholders and business leaders to develop and implement programs that drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the HR & Administration team to support the business strategic objectives
• Demonstrate a solid knowledge of the business and delivery of services to drive outstanding performance
• Provides strategic HR partnership to designated leadership and teams
• Independently solves challenges, generating innovative ways to business problems through talent
• Represent business priorities in support of the design and execution of HR solutions and business strategies
• Provide advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, talent management, succession, compensation, coaching and talent reviews, etc
• Partner with business leaders to develop hiring plans to support objectives and advance business priorities
• Drive informed decision-making by using data to identify trends and determine root cause of issues and develop effective solutions
• Remain current with changes in employment law
• Reporting to General Manager

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
• University degree in Human Resources, Organization/Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive related professional HR experience, work experience as Interim HR Manager is advantageous
• Saudi Arabian work permit is a prerequisite
• Demonstrating strong intellectual, conceptual, and analytical skills; ability to clearly, confidently, and convincingly present analyses and recommendations
• Knowledgeable in multiple facets of HR including strategy development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards/compensation, performance management, employee assessment and development, succession, organization development
• Ability to use data & analytics to generate insights and present findings to the business
• Experience in influencing and building positive relationships and networks
• Strong communication and intercultural skills – ability to articulate a variety of issues to different audiences and tailor the messages
• Demonstrates ability to respond to changing and sometime ambiguous situations
• Immediate availability combined with the ability to work for three to six months in this Interim function, based in Riyadh
