Job Description

Our client in the heart of Johannesburg is seeking for an individual who is creative and who is a problem solver. Here is a role for you as an Application Support Analyst. now!

As the successful incumbent you will be responsible for providing high quality operational and technical application and systems support to customers and internal business functions. You will also be required to resolve incidents, problems, service requests and change requests in line with business priorities.

Requirements:
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 7 years’ experience in an application support environment
• Knowledge of the Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, cloud computing, ITIL, COBIT
• Experience in Oracle, SQL Server, Web Method
• Experience... in Automation, scheduling tools, frameworks, SOA, SQL, SharePoint, F5 and ESB
• Working knowledge of API-based services
