The Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems

· Lead and mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Create technical specifications and design documents.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

· Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed

· Participate in software architecture and design discussions

· Debug and troubleshoot software issues.

· Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies

Requirements:

· Deep hands-on experience with C#

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field

· 5+ years of experience in software development

· Strong experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Ruby

· Experience in leading software development teams

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
