Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednostiAs a Quality Manager you will monitor all Plant Quality activities together with the Plant Manager for our Slovakia plant. You will participate in projects and actively in the Start Of Production (SOP) process and in the following entire life cycle process. In close cooperation with our Quality Account Managers you represent Inalfa as one face to the internal and external customer. We are looking for a proactive manager to continuously improve our quality performance (processes, systems and procedures). You will operate as a quality umbrella over the Customer Focus Teams. You will work within the EU Quality and Operational Excellence team of Inalfa, based in Krakovany. You will report directly to the Director of Operations Excellence and Quality. Other tasks :• Annual budgeting, planning and roadmap for Quality management conform LEAN model;• Monitoring of all Plant Quality activities; • Supporting the APQP process; • Measuring of ‘Cost Of Poor... Quality’ and driving improvements; • Driving, monitoring and managing Quality Continuous Improvement towards First Time Right; • Preparing and reporting Plant Quality KPI’s / PDCA activities and monitor the progress; • Participating in projects and actively in the Start Of Production (SOP) process and in the following entire life cycle process;• Guiding and coordinating internal and external audits. Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti• Master degree, preferable in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration and preferable have a specialization in Quality Management. • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Automotive (OEM / First Tier Supplier) or related industry. • A lean and six sigma background and Total Quality Management experience. • Knowledge of TS-16949, COPQ, APQP, TQM, CMM, 6Sigma and PPAP. • Be able to lead the team and stimulate cross functional cohesion. • Good communication skills in English (German is advantage). • Proactive, stress resistant, commercial skills, persistent and analytical skills.
