Job Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to business and control functions;
• Provide regulatory advice on retail banking products and services;
• Interpret existing laws, rules and regulations, and advise on changes thereto;
• Provide legal support for new business initiatives;
• Provide legal advice on actual and potential litigation and enforcement matters;
• Coordinate responses to be provided to regulators and oversee implementation of best practices;
• Review and provide legal support in connection with the drafting and execution of documents, including agreements and communications with respect to complaints, disputes, litigation, etc.;
