Currently we’re looking for an experienced Community Worker to join our Southern Highlands team on a permanent part time basis . You will be required to working within the Hilltops Shire Local Government Area, including Young, Boorowa, Harden and surrounding areas.

As part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include;
• Domestic assistance such as basic housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Respite
• Transport to appointments and shopping etc
• Personal care

To be successful in this role you’ll need:
• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience as a Home Care Worker
• An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
• Reliability and compassion for the elderly
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Evidence of Covid Vaccinations
