Job Description

THE COMPANY :
• A reputable E&M building services contractor
• Subsidiary of Hong Kong listed company
• One of the large providers of integrated engineering services to the electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineering industry in Hong Kong.
• We are looking for ASST QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :

The Job
• Responsible for handling interim payment application, variation orders, EOT, cost estimations, budget control, contract administration and final account settlement, etc.
• Responsible for valuation of variations, subcontractors’ claims and subcontractors’ payments
• Responsible for preparation and keep up to date... records and photos of variation works and abortive works
• Responsible for conducting analysis of subcontractors’ quotation and price negotiation
• Responsible for assisting the project management team with contractual issues
• Responsible for providing advice to project team in order to comply with the statutory requirements under relevant legislations
• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Services or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in E&M / Building Services field;
• Proficient in English and Chinese;
• Knowledge in PC applications and QS related software;
• Annual leave : 14 days
• Medical benefit
