Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
• We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor. Details of the position as follow:

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects assigned.
• Preparation of quantities and coordination with... the Project Manager and the Procurement Department for material ordering.
• Preparing of the bills of quantities for works.
• Handing in contract payment applications and final accounts related matters.

Requirements:
• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 5 years' solid QS working experience;
• Member of HKIS/RICS is highly preferred;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
