Job Description Responsibilities:
• Prepare project'svaluation and tender, which are included but not limited to costanalysis based on drawings, engineering estimates, materials requiredand labor involved
• Assist Project Department in ensuring theprocess fulfills the requirement of the contract and in preparing thesite-related documentation
• Submit documents and reports tothe Main Contractor or Clients as of contractual requirements,including payment applications, variation... orders and final accounts
• Arrange the workflow of the project
• Assist in ad hocduties as assigned by Department Head

Requirements:
• Diploma or abovein Quantity Surveying or related
• At least 3 years workingexperience, with fitting out project experience is highlypreferred
• Good negotiation skill and time managementskill
• Good interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated,stable and willing to work under pressure;
• Knowledge indrawings
• Holder of Green Card
• Candidates with lesswork experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
