About the role

The Project Manager CCS (f/m/d) initiates and leads business and portfolio related projects involving various group departments and strategic partners across the CCS portfolio. He or she brings in a deep understanding of Project management processes and execution, supports in terms of methodology, implementation, and monitoring with managers across the group. He or she is prioritizing the project portfolio respecting the strategic planning of the organization and the project completion on time and within budget.

The responsibilities include the day-to-day activities in project management, providing guidance on policies and processes, overseeing a project team, and collaborating with other department to develop and align projects and programs (e.g. PM and Development Teams). He or she needs to ensure project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control processes by identifying the necessary work, allocating adequate resources, schedules and budgets... balancing quality, scope, and risks in order to achieve compliance with all necessary standards.

About the job
• Planning and coordinating CCS projects, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Collaborating with other group departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Project monitoring and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
• Documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines and taking corrective actions when necessary
• Ensuring that customer requirements and insights are being met
• Formalize the acceptance of project phases or stages products, mitigate risks linked to project implementation and execution.
• Prepare evaluation and monitoring reports on the project's status, lead, and participate in project progress and follow-up meetings
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Support and guide other professionals in the defined methodology for project execution in the company.

About the ideal candidate
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional Certification., Agile expertise (incl. Scrum)
• Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Manager / Coordinator, ideally in the Healthcare industry
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and thrive also in a virtual work environment
• Clearly articulates objectives and priorities so that everyone understands what is needed to be successful. Challenges and motivates positively toward the achievement of goals and objectives
