We are looking for a IT Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of owned projects, which includes managing internal resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. The person will work in an international environment, being English the shared language and mandatory for this role.

In the role you will:
• Manage and lead the project team
• Coordinate with Affidea PMO and strict follow-up of the Affidea PM framework
• Ensure the project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner
• Confirm feasibility of project delivery
• Be responsible for project planning and control including:
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan including resource plan, allocation and optimized utilization o Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Ensuring all projects follow the Affidea's PMO workflow, and have all the deliverables
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating... when necessary
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
• Monitoring project progress and performance
• Providing status reports to the Project Owner
• Liaising with, and updating progress to project board/senior management
• Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities
• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
• Prepare UAT and Training strategy
• Hand-over project to Support
• Work with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management

What we are looking for:
• Immediate EU work permit
• Fluent in English
• BA/MA preferably with IT specialization
• PMP or other certification in Project Management
• 3-5 years experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software)
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
• Experience with diagnostic imaging and workflow as an advantage (RIS/PACS/HIS)
• Technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications is an advantage
