1. Assist head of sales to lead team to reach annual sales target and control KPIs of team members
2. Set up and design sales proposal and package with head of sales to push the sales volume
3. Buil direct client relationship and implement sales strategy to meet objective
4. Do market analysis for improvement and report to head of sales
5. Arrange brainstorming meeting with team and stakeholders
6. Assist head of sales to develop team members to be more productive in performing
7. Other tasks assigned by management

JR

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administrative, and related fields
2. More than 3 years experiences in Sale or Marketing, Media sector is an advantage
3. Result-Oriented
4. Proficiency in English communication & understanding of negotiation techniques
5. Excellent knowledge of MS. Office, Advanced PowerPoint is an asset
6. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
7. Friendly, Patience, Sociable, Passion for Sales and... interested in media industry is encouraged
8. Self-Motivated with a result-driven approach
