【工作內容】

1. Lead Taiwan beverage marketing agenda and direct bottler to achieve business goals.
2. Plan and align with bottler for A&M fund to ensure marketing resources could be allocated smartly.
3. Plan and well execution on Pepsi unit fund for NPD & ATL marketing event which is consistent with corporate branding theme.
4. Initiate ATL marketing plan & communicate with bottler and Key customers so that our business plans can be executed flawlessly.
5. Lead local brand building agenda and monitor the progress on daily marketing projects, co-branding programs as well as IP contract negotiation which have been aligned and approved by regional/global marketing team.
6. Handle NPD launch process, lead the stage gates processes and co-work with APAC/GCR NPD team to ensure new product will be delivered as planned accordingly.
7. Track market intelligence/insight report periodically and provide in-depth study and analysis to ensure that our competitiveness is in the right place among key... competitors in local market.

【其他條件】

- 其他：1. At least 5 years solid brand marketing experience in FMCG industry. Customer marketing or Trade marketing experience is a plus.
2. Good verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Excellent logical thinking and strong P&L concept for business decision making.
4. KAM experiences with global / regional teams cooperation experiences will be preferred.
