About the role :
• Preparation of Test Cases , test case execution, raising defects, updating Jira and defect closur
• Pass log preparation and defect log preparation.
• Analyze new requirements / changes from a testing perspective.
• Regular follow-ups on issues observed.
• Execute the test plans to qualify the software, with the usage of standard tools.

Position requirements :
• with 3 years of experience
• Testing of a website application on both desktop and mobile platforms, with integration to support functions (Customer Feedback Mechanism-Zendesk)
• Zendesk was used to receive customer feedback and to automatically generate ticket numbers for customers.
• Skill Set : Mobile Browser Android / iOS / Web browsers - Web Application Testing- Manual
• Education Background : Engineering / Computer Science
• Tools : JIRA defect tracking - Confluence - Share point - MS Office
• Application - Web application / Channel Testing
• Integration - System Integration testing
• UI / UX ... Validation testing
