Job Summary: Responsible for preparing all formulaion for Center of Excellence HI&I , testing new raw materials, evaluating raw materials and formulations performance, and try formulations' stability. Report and present the result.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Keeps himself/herself up-to-date technical knowledge of HI&I Care and the market trends associated with HI&I Care.

2. Conducts overall laboratory work.

3. Keeps laboratory in good shape at all times and utilizes equipments and materials effectively.

4. Support regional HI&I projects .

5. Sets up and organizes effective reporting and documentation related to his/ her in charge products.

6. Assists sales staff in recommending the most suitable products to customers.

7. Supports sales staff in the introduction of new products and materials including testing and evaluating product performance.

8. Keeps maximum efforts to maintain Safety Factors and notifies anyone entering the laboratory to observe the Safety Rules.

9... Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sales staff.
