YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Product development for dairy (liquid), focus on application test and blends creating.
• Handle product development for dairy products (liquid, neutral/low pH)
• Build knowledge about ingredients applied to product.
• Analysis product performance via application test.
• Handle projects assigned by Lab Manager.
• Support Sales staff in new product development including ingredient/ prototypes testing at lab, trial run and problem solving at factory site.
• Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sale staff.
• Support lab activities besides product development, ie: equipment management and operation, product overview, monthly activities update.

YOUR PROFILE

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals Science and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage

Experience : at least 5 years in RD (dairy & beverage)

Others : as follows;
• Fluent in... English (verbal and written)
• Enthusiastic and service minded
• Ability to operate PC
