Safari Bush Lodge based in the Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana is looking for a Junior Tour Consultant to join their team.

Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
• Grade 12 certificate
• 1-year experience in a reservations position or 2 years experience in a reception position at a reputable operator.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Basic Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Microsoft 360 proficient
• Experience at the operator level of Property Management Systems (Opera and Tourplan)
• Outstanding telephone manner
• Excellent command of the English language - solid English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent Southern Africa Product Knowledge

Advantageous Experience and Qualification Desired:
• Diploma in Hotel Management
• Exposure to Opera advantageous
• Exposure to Wetu / Safari Portal
• Dedication to Quality and Good Service Customer Centric
