Job Description

Therole will be responsible for delivering industry leading solutions insupply chain management, lead performance excellence and be the supplychain ambassador to engage with customers. Key responsibilities are asfollows:-
• Deliver supply chain excellence bycollaborating with internal & external stakeholders during theplanning, forecasting and replenishing... processes
• Initiateenhancement / optimization projects related to new supply chaintechnology, inventory management, commercial & marketing activities,omni-channel solutions & management and green supply chain, etc.
• Support the success of key events by communicating closelywith internal & external customers include commercial clients, supply& demand planning teams, to ensure superior availability andminimizing bad goods
• Drive success of On Shelf & OnlineAvailability, On Shelf Freshness as well as Distribution StockAvailability
• Utilize data to improve forecasting and stocklevels
• Drive various Supply Chain Customer efficiencyinitiatives (e.g. e-Content management, e-Commerce Friendly Packs,Cost to Serve, etc.)
• Understand the route to Market forproducts sold online in the local market; Carry out holistic analysiscovering relevant aspects like QA, regulatory and legal, and escalatepotential issues to the e-Retailers or to local authorities

What will make you successful
• Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or relateddisciplines
• At least 5 years’ experiences in FMCG industrywith customer management related exposure
• Familiar withsupply chain related projects / initiatives related to inventorymanagement, green supply chain or other new technology, etc.
• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills;Highly competent in working with people at all levels; Positive tochange;
• Excellent in MS Office and well versed in EXCEL
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese andMandarin
