Job Responsibilities:
• Support in day-to-day operating expenditures to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Execute and monitor relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards, ensure timely delivery of materials
• Coordinate resources with staff and contractors to meet the repackaging deadlines
• Coordinate contractors including selection of contractors, quotation negotiation, training and KPI review, to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
• Prepare repackaging specializations based on client's requirements
• Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety and standard operating procedures
• Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries and requests; escalate issues to manager, if necessary

Job Requirements
• HKCEE or DSE above
• 1 years logistics / supply chain / shipping operations experience is preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications... including Excel and Word
• Tactful interpersonal and communication skill to work with people in different levels
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
