Lead Electrical Engineer - 15 years' experience (renewables) & Senior Electrical Engineer - 10 years' experience (renewables / water). The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, and will be responsible for the design, project work and carry out Engineering studies including supervision and mentoring of the team. Work with our Principal and Lead Engineers to drive project design and support our strong Electrical and Instrument team. Use industry leading software and an understanding of first principles and standards to complete power system calculations and modelling. Undertake inspections and provide expert advice to some of the leading organisations within the public and private sectors across Australia. Develop and review technical project deliverables. Liaise with project stakeholders, clients, internal engineers and project managers. Electrical Engineer - 5 years' experience (renewables / water). The ideal candidates will will have emerging knowledge in all things electrical and a desire for development. Ideally will be familiar in any or all of the following areas: power system modelling, analysis and design, renewable energy, water infrastructure, power distribution, hazardous area design, LV and HV design. Work under our experienced Engineers to drive project design and support our 25+ strong Electrical and Instrument team. Use industry leading software and develop an understanding of first principles and standards to complete power system calculations and modelling. Undertake inspections and provide advice to some of the leading organisations within the public and private sectors across Australia. Work with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects. About you: Electrical Engineering qualifications - Australian Recognised (current RPEQ / CPEng certification, or the eligibility and willingness to obtain these). Experience working in renewable energy, transmission or distribution sectors is highly desirable Proficient use of various computer packages including Excel, Access & Microsoft Office Suite programs. Project Management, Layout drawings - desirable Comfortable and familiar with the application of AS/NZS 3000 and other relevant design standards, statutory regulations and Australian Standards (specific to Lead and Senior positions).
