The Role:

Our client is a well-established law firm based in Surry Hills. We are looking for a candidate that has experience in Wills and Estates Planning (including estate ligation and contested Wills and Estates), ability to act independently and also in a team.

The role will suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to work in an environment where they can make a difference to their clients.

The role will involve contributing excellent technical and client skills in the following areas:

· Preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardian

· Administration of Estates, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration

· Conducting Contested Wills and Estates Litigation including Family Provision Claims, Rectification of Wills and Probate Litigation... generally

· Advising on Estate Planning

Essential Criteria

· 4- 6 plus years PQE

· Demonstrate initiative, be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills

· Be a confident and empathetic communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

· Have pride in your work and demonstrate attention to detail

· Be prepared to learn and further your career by undertaking ongoing training and engaging with senior staff and partners
