Role: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki Lagos.
We are the first Business Technology Solution and Business Process Outsourcing Organization in Africa to be certified in Privacy Information Management System (ISO/IEC 27701) and Information System Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001)
• Handle and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure to achieve the set organization objectives/KPIscentre.
• Drive the sales of our Business Technology Solutions services, e.g., Data Management and Software as a Service solutions, such as Zoho, Zendesk, Instaview, ManageEngine, and Business Process Outsourcing services e.g., Recruitment as a service, Contact center as a service, etc.
• Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
• Identify and acquire new customers, up-sell, and cross-sell to the existing customer base to meet the sales goals.
• Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation... and ensure closure of the same.
• Ensure all customer complaints regarding a product or service are resolved timely and effectively.
• Develop bespoke proposals & marketing campaigns etc. encompassing all aspects of applications that speak to clients’ needs.
• Participate in developing, presenting, and selling a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by your manager.
• University Degree or HND
• 2-3 years prior experience in the sales of IT Solutions or Business Outsourcing Services is required
