What you will bring
• Work experience in Work force software for more than 3 years with configuration specialist certification- PT102.
• Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language.
• Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
• Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
• Good understanding on the workforce system flow.
• Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
• Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc.
• Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software (Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage)
• Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export
• Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
• Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging
• Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is... preferred.
• Knowledge on SQL query
