Managing Logistics Team across locations (pan India).2. End to end distribution management of consignments including handling and improvement on customer complaint.3. Warehouse Management as per ISO norms and standards.4. Inventory Management including minimum/maximum/non-moving/slow moving/expiry etc levels to monitor.5. Transporter Management and Cost optimisation.6. Reporting and compliance as per Supply Chain Management ( Logistics)7.
