Responsibilities:
Act as a student advisor
Build and maintain good relationships with prospective user/ students via phone... WA, social media, and other platforms
Take care of the students/user needs from the start to the end of the course
Responsible for both field and in/outbound sales activities this includes but is not limited to receive query, make sales calls, handle complaints , make sales reports / updates on sales missing target and /or achievements along with the mitigation plan.
Manage, process and ensure orders are completed for any transactions
Develop strategic partnerships including but not limited with local communities and schools
Overseeing student admission process, which includes analysis user’s needed, reviewing user profile, & coordinating schedule
Involved in sales/marketing activities such as company’s events
Compose as MC/ Facilitator/ spokesperson in Talenesia events when it's required.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in in the same field.
Have a bachelor's degree in psychology, business management, marketing , and other related fields.
Proficient in Excel, slides, and Google Workspace.
Have experience in recruitment or HR relates
Have a positive attitude, detail and user oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Have a good understanding of the sales process inbound/ outbound and field sales.
Have a passion in developing human capacity to learn and grow
Have a Growth mindset and a huge appetite for learning.
Self-driven, passionate in data driven sales.
Must have a strong communication, problem-solving and project management skill
An active listener who has strong empathy and is influential
Located/willing to relocate to Bali
