We're looking for a Sr UX/UI Designer

Location: Mexico- remote

Job Responsabilities

Conducting research: You'll need to understand the... user's needs and wants and conduct user research to discover the best ways to meet those needs. This may include conducting surveys, analyzing user data, and conducting user interviews.

Creating wireframes: Once you've gathered the necessary information, you'll need to create wireframes to outline the layout and functionality of the app or website. You'll need to ensure that the wireframes meet the requirements of the project and that they provide an optimal user experience.

Creating mockups: Once the wireframes are complete, you'll need to create mockups that will show what the finished product will look like. You'll need to ensure that the mockups accurately reflect the wireframes and that they meet the client's expectations.

Designing the user interface: Once the mockups have been approved, you'll need to design the user interface. You'll need to ensure that the interface is intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing.

Conducting usability tests: Once the interface is complete, you'll need to conduct usability tests to ensure that the user experience is as smooth and user-friendly as possible.

Collaborating with development teams: You'll need to work closely with developers to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and that any issues are resolved quickly.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends: You'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that your designs remain relevant and cutting-edge.

Managing projects: You may be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the final product meets the client's expectations.

Mentoring and coaching junior designers: As a senior designer, you may be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experience designing for web and mobile applications.

Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for user research, usability testing, and design documentation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.

Overall, a Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to use. They work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.
