About the Role:

As the Store Manager in WERRIBEE you will have a massive fashion and fast pace managing background.

You will offer exceptional customer service; providing an incomparable experience for all of your customers each visit! You will be experienced in leading and driving a fashion sales team and understand the demand of a fast volume working brand. Your efforts and dedication will be paid off with impeccable commissions to see you earning huge pay checks and a fun and inviting company... that promotes within!

Duties of the Role:
• Create and ensure superior visual merchandising standards within the store
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPI's while leading your team
• Develop in depth product knowledge and foster this level of knowledge in your team
• Assist with the training, development and succession of your performing
• Contribute your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
• Be a brand ambassador for this label; embodying company culture and philosophy

Position requirements:
• Strong Apparel experience, menswear will be highly regarded
• Have proven previous Retail Store Management experience
• Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Have strong communications and relationship building skills
• Be energetic, positive and creative in going above and beyond in assisting customers
• Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment
